FRIEZE MASTERS
LONDON—Frieze Masters will be held from
October 3–6, 2019, in Regent’s Park at the
same time as Frieze London and Frieze Sculpture.
Three dealers in non-European art,
whose names are synonymous with excellence,
will be showing there. Galerie Entwistle,
with spaces in London and Paris, will present a
meticulously curated selection of pieces. Donald
Ellis, a specialist in North American Indian
arts, whose prior presentations have elicited
the praise of the most demanding collectors,
returns to London this year with objects that
will undoubtedly be greatly coveted by afi cionados.
And Galerie Meyer will present a mix of fi ne
Eskimo and Oceanic pieces.
PAD 2019
LONDON—This coming September 30–October 6,
2019, two dealers with specialties in non-European art
will be promoting their areas of expertise in London
during the PAD art fair. One of them is Lucas Ratton,
whose commitment to this art and design fair always
results in an exhibition that marries taste with quality
and celebrates the formal inventiveness of the African
arts. Galerie Mermoz, specializing in Pre-Columbian
art, is the other non-European art participant at PAD.
It will be hosting visitors in Booth A1, with a group of
fi ne ancient works, notably from the West Coast of
Mexico and from Mesoamerica.
