It will also present other creative endeavors that the Tuareg are known for, including poetry and even blues music. Finally, a major exhibition on Hugo Pratt, the traveler and indefatigable illustrator, whose plates are rich in references to objects from all over the world, is scheduled to open in April of 2018. As you observed, we are extremely active with temporary exhibitions. In doing so, we are emphasizing the unique nature and richness of the holdings of our museum. The Musée des Confluences endeavors to present our visitors with a place of encounter that facilitates access to knowledge through wonders of objects from around the world deriving from both science and art.
