Explorers Club 159 Dr. Richard T. Silver (living) is a noted medical professional who photographed around the world. His Brazilian images were taken during medical research work among the peoples of the Mato Grasso of the Upper Xingu Basin in the Brazilian Amazon in the 1950s. He became a club member in 1959.
